Someone finally answered the phone, and said she will check on it. I was then placed on an additional hold for over 15 minutes!! It would have been faster for me to drive there myself and check, I have no idea what the staff here is doing, absolutely unacceptable. We run a business and do not have time for this, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
