Always helpful, will check the store for you, check the website, and even call around to other stores for you. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for. My Mauviel copper cookware is phenomenal. My Shun knives are wonderful, and even better knowing that I bought them before they got popular and the price went up. You're going to pay more here, but the products they sell are top quality.
